A tropical plant that grows up to fifteen feet tall and eight feet wide.  This plant can grow extremely fast in the right conditions, but they are also sensitive plants.  Alocasia grows well in big pots; they can thrive in the summertime and then be brought indoors in the winter.  Fertilize once a month during spring and summer, growing season.  Alocasias go dormant in winter and the leaves drop.  Alsocasias are susceptible to spider mites, check the plant periodically.  The leaves are toxic to humans and animals.

When I first received it and placed it on, it continued to fall so I almost returned it. However, I found a method online that worked and it has not fallen since even after all the water and soap getting near it. I’ve placed it on a stainless steel sink so not sure if the method works on other surfaces. Clean the area with soap and water and then make sure there’s no soap residue. Make the water temperature hot and “heat up” both the steel surface and the suction. While it’s still wet, firmly place the suction and make sure it doesn’t move. That should do the trick!
