this is the best sleep aid I have found. This dissolves under the tongue, goes right into your system and I take two of them every night. By the way, in the beginning of my search to solve my insomnia problem, I tried taking the melatonin pills that you just swallow but did not get the same results that I have gotten with these that I put under my tongue.
