It has been crash tested and approved for use with all BRITAX infant and convertible car seats. The head support is adjustable and can be detached for car seats with head restraints or when it's no longer needed.
The Head & Body Support Pillow is compatible with all BRITAX strollers and is intended for use with children up to 22 pounds.
