Perfect for low dose, great price
On my second bottle, great product for the cheap price, lasts almost a year. Hard to find in this low dose. I personally find low dose melatonin to work better than the higher amounts. Itโs the sweet spot.

Knocks me out cold
I wish I could easily find a lower dose, but this works.
Take one about 30 mins before I want to sleep and when I fall asleep I don't wake up in the middle of the night. I normally have insomnia but one of these generally gives me 9 hours of sleep.
It doesn't ALWAYS work (I have health problems that can keep me awake) but instead of 5-7 hours sleep I am consistently getting around 9.
The only problem is I'm groggy in the morning. But I feel a lot less haggard and anxious in the morning now so I think I'll be continuing with this.
