This exceptional dress is documented runway look #59. The garment mixes delicate silk chiffon with brown leather and the end result is truly sensational. The bodice has been skillfully draped low, trimmed with elegant leather cap sleeves. I love the matching adjustable Versace waist belt which works so well with the shoulder detail. The flattering bias-cut shape flows to the ground with impressive zig-zag pleating; intentionally left sheer right below the knee. Such a nod to 1930's design.
