This is a grand antique dressing table. A Scottish, satinwood bedroom vanity stand with mirror by Taylor & Sons of Edinburgh, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1890.

- Original mirror plate with quality bevelled edge presents a clear reflection with minimal foxing
- Wide table top beautifully figured, with ample space for cosmetic sets and brushes
- Spacious base with large under tier and a pair of wide drawers
- Each drawer dressed with drop handles over pierced backplates
- Carved brackets adorn each corner with attractive scroll detail
- Riding upon a set of four brass castors at each corner beneath turned baluster legs
- Maker's mark to the reverse for John Taylor and Sons, Edinburgh
