The chiffon ties are frayed at the edges with intention.

 

The dress is gentley lined underneath the layer of chiffon. The straps have a twisted detail with  small leaf detailings on each strap with just a hint of sparkle. 

 

The dress is in great vintage condition with just a little fraying at the edge of the chiffon. This does not take away from the look of the gown.
