I have bought several cooling gel pillows and am quite happy with this one with one caveat, that it doesn't retain coolness as long as other cooling pillows like my sealy that fell apart. It holds up the coolness for about an hour while sleeping in a case normally and maybe close to two hours when I have the AC on.
