The beads hang loose at the waist and neckline. Velvet exterior snaps at the side and has a wide grosgrain inner belt. Attached outer belt has green and silver leaves and snaps at the side. Sleeves are open to the waist (the inner slip provides modesty!) and have a cutout with green beading on the end. Wide panels on the skirt. Exquisitely constructed is has sewn in weight along all the edges. There is an inner silk lining that snaps on the side. One side of triple straps snap. A truly stunning piece of history!

Condition: Excellent Vintage: This is in remarkable shape! A tiny bit of green beads missing on one of the straps (see last pic). The silk lining is separated at the neckline in a small area, this does not affect the wear, nor can you see it. Two 1" mends to the velvet at the back by the straps.
