Can I get my dress customized?
Answer:
Yes! As every chainmail dress is handmade by order, it's very important to let us know your customization requests (for instance: a higher back, or slit, or double slits) when placing the order. You can simply leave the details in the order notes, or email us at [email protected].
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK TO MAKE THIS DRESS AS IT'S REALLY COMPLICATED TO GET IT MADE. EVEN IF THE ORDER IS PLACED WITH FASTEST 3-4 BUSINESS SHIPPING OPTION. PLEASE TAKE THAT INTO ACCOUNT!
ALSO YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE YOUR SIZE MEASUREMENTS WITH THE ORDER INCLUDING YOUR CHEST & HIPS SIZES. YOU CAN HAVE YOUR REQUEST TO HAVE THE DRESS SHORTER OR LONGER BY LEAVING US NOTES WITH THE ORDER, OR SEND EMAIL TO [email protected].
How to take care?
This is a dress FULLY made of metal (aluminum) so it needs extra care on it and have to treat it super gentle.
It has NO stretch at all so while choosing the size it's ALWAYS safer to go for a larger size. And if you have a larger hips, please don't pull it up from bottom as it might break the dress easily. Remember? No Stretch.
This material is super nice under the water so you can even bring it down to the water and it won't get rusted, and color stays! If it gets dirty, just simply wipe using napkins, super easy!
