The Ethos Overdrive is an overdrive/preamp that combines a two-channel drive circuit and a variety of features that guitarists demand in a compact pedal size.

The Ethos Overdrive combines two channels of premium handmade power with a fleet of tone-sculpting options. The OD and Clean channels each come equipped with a full three-band EQ and tone-stacking options for modern/classic, jazz/rock, and Brite switches along with an OD preamp boost and DI capabilities for going straight into the PA or achieving high-fidelity tone in the studio. A powerhouse tone-shaper for any rig.

The target of the sound design is the 1970s Dumble Overdrive Special, an icon of handmade high-end guitar amplifiers.

This pedal perfectly reproduces the Dumble sound, which is high-fidelity but extremely musical, sensitively amplifying the nuances of picking and the guitar's volume control.

The "TLE/Classic" switch (TLE: Tight Low End) allows you to choose between a classic thumping sound with a fat low-mid range and a strong comped feel, and a more high-fidelity, modern sound with a wide tonal range and boost feel.

The only thing I don't care for necessarily is that the elastic waistband is just a smidge scratchy, but after wearing them a while I found it didn't bother me. And the price is pretty good for two pairs - much cheaper than women's plus shorts. I liked them enough that I came back and bought 4 more pair!
